With only a short car drive you reach the Alpine pasture of Ugovizza, the Achomitz and Ojsternig peaks, the Cima Bella and the Mount Cocco with their magnificent panoramic view on the Valcanale and the Gailtal valley in Carinthia. 

In the Julian Alps, fascinating popular destination under the climbers, there are numerous refuges and Alpine bivouacs. They have a pristine mountain character and require a good deal of walking ability, endurance and passion.

Along enchanting tracks and trails you reach the refuges Rifugio Grego, Zacchi and Pellarini - the most skilled climbers can enjoy ascents to the peaks of Montasio, Mangart, Nabois and Jof Fuart. 

Finally you can discover the incredible “moon landscape” of the Canin area are close to Sella Nevea.
