The Puanina Fest celebrates the end of grazing animals in the high mountain. The come down from the moutains and stop in Val Rauna before returning to the village stables. On the day of Transhumance, the cows, horses and sheep are blessed and dressed up for the party, parading to the celebration area. Here farmers and guests celebrate the success of the summer season with singing, dancing and traditional food. The Valcanale hunting horn players and other local musicians liven up the atmosphere with their music and songs.
