Ein Prosit in Tarvis 

Autumn (October)

“Ein Prosit” takes place every year in November in Tarvisio and Malborghetto. It is one of the main wine and food events in region of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The highlight takes place at the Palazzo Veneziano in Malborghetto with the so-called “Mostra-Assaggio” (Tasting exhibition) where wine producers and farmers present their high-grade products. The sector called “Vigneto” is reserved  to wine producers (vineyards from Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Croatia and Slovenia). The sector called “Culinaria” is reserved to gastronomic products.

During this important wine and gastronomy event top chefs are invited to the main restaurants of Tarvisio, offering their sophisticated thematic menus. 

Numerous workshops, guided wine tastings and meetings perfectly integrate the feast making it one of the most successful yearly events in our region.
